The FORM Premium goggles also offer a 2-month free trial of the HeadCoach feature, which provides in-goggle visual coaching, an in-app assessment of the user's skills, and educational resources to improve technique. Additionally, the FORM workouts and training plans feature motivating lap-by-lap instructions displayed in the goggles, with over 45 training plans and 1,500 workouts to choose from. Users can also create their own workouts or seamlessly import them from TrainingPeaks.
